PLEASE READ THE RULES!!! ESPECIALLY RE: COVID 19 & REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY TO SALE

In addition to our general sale rules, listed below, for the foreseeable future the following COVID 19 RULES will be strictly adhered to:

The safety of our employees and customers is our priority.

To enter the sale:
YOU MUST WEAR A MASK (children included). Masks will not be provided.
ONLY 15 CUSTOMERS allowed in at a time. Employees will be in place to keep up with numbers entering and exiting the home. We appreciate your patience and understanding for everyone's safety.
PLEASE STAND 6 FEET APART in line and while shopping.
THERE will be TAPE on the floor at CHECK OUT. Please respect the social distancing lines.

THE USUAL SALE RULES:

We accept CASH & CHECKS ONLY with valid driver's license.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
BE RESPECTFUL to one another and to our staff, including when we remind you to follow the RULES. Do not be offended if you are asked to leave for not following the rules. They exist for everyone's protection and for insurance reasons.
For insurance reasons, STAFF MEMBERS are not able to assist in carrying items out for loading. Generally, we do have an independent contractor, (MOVING PROFESSIONALS) on site at the sale. These moving professionals are available to help you load and also deliver your heavy/large items. Very reasonable FEES apply for assistance loading and delivering.
We have the right to go through any bags you bring into the sale.
If you or your child breaks somethings, you must pay for the item.
We provide bags, boxes, wrapping supplies UNTIL we run out. Come prepared to wrap your own items to keep our check out lines flowing.
We are not NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS to any attendee of this sale.
ANY "DO IT YOURSELF MOVERS" WILL BE ESCORTED STEP BY STEP THROUGH THE HOME AND WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE PREMISES. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER OF DAMAGE FOR DO IT YOURSELF MOVING. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU HIRE INSURED MOVERS FOR FURNITURE. WE HAVE MOVERS AVAILABLE ON SITE FOR HIRE.
We PROSECUTE shoplifters and always have security cameras.
We PROSECUTE those carrying counterfeit bills. The police on duty at the sale will escort you away.
Sunday is Clearance Day. MOST items will be half price.
DON'T Forget you can leave a BID!! Rules for Bidding: You may leave a bid on any item priced $100 or greater. The bid must be greater than 1/2 price. BIDS ARE COMMITMENTS TO BUY. Bids are called back on Saturday after 4pm.
IF YOU PULL A TICKET FROM AN ITEM, YOU MUST PURCHASE THE ITEM.
We do not generally put out numbers for our sales.
