ANY "DO IT YOURSELF MOVERS" WILL BE ESCORTED STEP BY STEP THROUGH THE HOME AND WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE PREMISES. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER OF DAMAGE. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU HIRE INSURED MOVERS FOR HEAVY ITEMS.
We PROSECUTE shoplifters and always have security cameras. (Owner is former assistant district attorney who loves to catch a thief!)
We PROSECUTE those carrying counterfeit bills. The police on duty at the sale will escort you away.
Sunday is Clearance Day. MOST items will be half price.
You may leave a bid on any item priced $100 or greater. The bid must be greater than 1/2 price. BIDS ARE COMMITMENTS TO BUY.
