If you are looking to get the toys at a super cheap price and make a killing don't bother coming. They are reasonably priced.
Limit 20 guests inside house at a time. It is taking place in a small section of the house. Very tight. One in, one out policy.
If you break the seal on an item, you will be charged for that item.
If you are sick, please stay home (We’ll be happy to drop you off some hot soup as soon as we wrap up the day’s sale).
Please do not call with questions. We won't be able to answer them as we are working hard on set up for this and other awesome sales. If you see something you are interested in come to the sale and check it out!

The super amazing items are reasonably priced but not low by any stretch of the imagination.
