We accept checks, cash and credit cards with driver's license identification. 3% charge for cards.
All sales final. No returns/refunds.
All items sold as is.
No bags or baskets brought in sale
No assistance loading for insurance reasons. We usually have Independent Contractor movers on site or a phone call away for larger items.
Bags, boxes, wrapping supplies available until we run out - be prepared to wrap your own items.
We are not NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS to any attendee of this sale.
We PROSECUTE those carrying counterfeit bills. The police on duty at the sale will escort you away.
Sunday is Clearance Day. MOST items will be half price.
LEAVE A BID: You may leave a bid on any item priced $100 or greater. The bid must be greater than 1/2 price. BIDS ARE COMMITMENTS TO BUY. Bids are called back on SATURDAY after 4pm (If you do not respond within 1 hour of your text or call, the item you bid on will be offered on Sunday to the public)

We are super excited to present our second estate sale of 2025 at the new KW Estate Sale Showroom at Sloss. The estate offerings are nothing short of gorgeous! We hope you will come see us, maybe more than once over this fabulous 5 day sale!
Most of you are familiar with our bidding process, but a quick recap: You may bid on any item that is priced at $100 or greater, however, your bid must be greater than half price to be considered. Please remember that entering a bid is a commitment to purchase the item if you are the winning bid. For this sale, winning bids will be called back on Friday, February 14th between 3 and 6pm.

Saturday, February 8th, 10am - 3pm
Sunday, February 9th, 12pm - 4pm
Thursday, February 13th, 10am - 3pm
Friday, February 14th, 10am - 3pm (all items reduced, most at 25%)
Saturday, February 15th 10am - 3pm (all items reduced, most at 50%)
