Any returned check will be charged a $30.00 return check fee. * *State, City, County Sales Tax will be applied unless you have a copy of your current tax identification number. Please present a copy when upon checkout.
*There is a 3 % service charge for credit or debit cards.
* Numbers will be available at 6:30 A. M. ( 2 hours before the sale begins at 8:30)
*All items are sold As Is. No refunds will be given.
*Purchaser Must Bring Help to Load Large Items. We can recommend movers if interested.
*Neither Cahaba Lily Estate Sales nor the owners of the estate are responsible for accidents.
*There is limited space and it is not set up for handicap.
* Bathrooms are not open to the public.
