-This is a three-day sale. Friday the 23rd is online only. Saturday and Sunday are regular in-person, on-site sale days. Please read the sale description section for further instructions.
-Online sales start Friday at 10.
-On-Site sale starts Saturday at 10
-We accept payment via cash or card only (no fees are charged)
-All items are sold in as-is condition.
-All sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges
-No presales
-We will have professional movers on site to help you carry larger items outside
-We are not responsible for any accidents on the premises.
-If you are tax exempt, please bring a copy of your form to the sale. We need a new copy for each sale.

Instructions for the Friday online sale:

-All items will be listed with the measurements and prices in the descriptions of each photo within a few days of the sale date.

-Starting at 10:00am Central std time on Friday June 23rd, you can text me (205-515-2898) the item(s) you wish to purchase with your name and the listed prices. If you are the first person to text me about that item, then I will respond with a link to pay with your credit card over the phone.

-Please be patient! I receive dozens of texts, all sent at 10:00, and I will respond to everyone in the order in which they appear on my phone. There are 60 seconds within the 10:00 minute.  Your phone may read that the message was sent at  exactly 10:00 but they are received by me in fractions of that minute. We take messages in the order they come to my phone so there is full transparency and fairness for everyone.  

-Do not text me before 10:00am CST Friday. Any messages received before the scheduled time will be rejected.

-Once payment is received, I will call you with instructions on how to pick up your pieces.

-We can deliver furniture anywhere in the greater Birmingham area for an additional fee.  


-We also have movers on site during sales hours who will assist with loading furniture for tips.  Please be kind and tip the men who are here to move.  They work very hard, especially in the hot, Alabama sun!
