We accept cash, check, and credit card. MS sales tax is charged. Sales tax exemption certificate copy is required if you are a dealer. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY END OF SALE ON Sunday unless you have paid our moving service to move the items. We have a delivery service you may inquire and pay to move purchased items. Please do not expect our sales staff to move or help move furniture and other items. Enter sale at own risk. Not responsible for lost items or injuries. We do NOT take phone orders before 8:30 AM on the day of sale(if we have reception). We will drop off items at the UPS store for shipment with your information. All Sales are final - no exchanges or returns once you have paid for your items. SOME ITEMS MAY BE SOLD PRIOR TO SALE DATE
Nestled away in the little town of Butler on a quiet street is a litte brick house full of warmth and a wealth of furniture and accessories. The family has made their selections and has asked that we sell the contents. Full house. Nice outdoor items. A small storage room with a deep freezer and small yard tools all for sale. Beautiful decorative accessories including pillows, lamps, holiday items, glass, books, prints and paintings all compliment the contemporary and vintage furnishings.
Furniture includes - sofas, chairs, desk, end tables, coffee tables, night stands, beds, chest of drawers, dressers, bistro table and chairs, pedestals & more. There is an upright Victorian parlor piano and a vintage stereo . Beautiful clothes and accessories all organized and tagged for your shopping convenience. Very nice table top items and a full kitchen with great items for your home. Bedding and throws with other bedroom accessories available as well. Vintage and contemporary costume jewelry . Holiday decorations. A vintage wardrobe and washer and dryer are tucked away in the laundry room. All aspects of household items and cleaning supplies are available as well.
The owners daughters have left a good selection of very nice vintage clothing and furs as well as hats and scarves and other ladies accessories. We even have some vintage floral arrangements and a good selection of contemporary rugs. This sale is full and you may enjoy several shopping trips throughout the weekend with your friends. The atmosphere is bright and cheery and is a good representation of the former owner and her family. Come visit and check out the treasures.
