Appliances or built in items will need to be removed by purchaser with own tools.
All purchases must be picked up by 2:00pm on Sunday, last day of sale. If not picked up by deadline, purchase will be forfeited. No refunds for any items including items bought and not picked up before Sunday at 2:00pm. All sales final and sold as is.
Not responsible for personal injuries of any kind or damage to vehicles while parking, when parked or during loading.
Children must be accompanied and be with an adult at all times in all areas of the sale. Guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior.
Limited amount of boxes and bags available. You may bring your own and leave them outside until all purchases have been accounted and paid for. Then pack and bag yourself.
