Terms & Conditions

A sign up sheet will be at the front door by 8:00 AM. You will be called in by the number by which you signed up. You DO NOT have to stay on the property, but you must be in line by 8:30 AM or we will continue to the next number. We are not responsible for loading your purchases. We suggest you bring someone with you to load; bring boxes and wrapping paper for your glasswares. We are not responsible for any accidents. Bids will be taken the second day and must be over 50% of half price. You will be called around 6:00 PM to let you know if you won the bid or not. The third day of sale, items will be half price. Items purchased on bid have to be picked up no later than 1:00 PM on Sunday afternoon. You are NOT allowed to bring your own SOLD tags. Someone will be in the room to mark your items and to write up a receipt for you. CASH or CHECK with proper ID will be accepted. No Credit Cards accepted.
