COVID: All current covid state regulations will be adhered to throughout the sale. Until further notice, masks are strongly recommended; if you do not have one, we will have them available for sale. Social distancing of 6 feet is also strongly recommended. Out of respect and safety of all, anyone not abiding by the current regulations will not be permitted into the sale. Please refer to State of Alabama guidelines.
TO PURCHASE BY PHONE AFTER THE START OF THE SALE ~ items can be purchased over the phone. For fastest service, simply text the photo/item number and the word “SOLD” to 251.525.0966. We will reply as soon as possible to take credit card Or Venmo payment and arrange a pickup appointment. Inquiries will be answered in the order they are received. We will not be honoring holds. Please note, your text does not constitute a SOLD on the items; items will be considered SOLD, only after payment, and confirmation has been provided by an employee of HIES. Also, any item may become unavailable at any time based on onsite selling. HIES will do its best to timely indicate sold items on the advertisement below. (Phone purchases will be made by credit card or Venmo only.)
PAYMENT OPTIONS ~ we accept cash, check, Venmo and credit card payments. The 3% cc fee will apply. Local sales taxes apply. All sales are as is and final.
PICKUP ~ At the time of pick up, please bring manpower, and any loading materials/tools as assistance in loading will be limited. All items must be picked up by the last day of the sale.
INDEMNITY ~ High Integrity Estate Sales LLC and it's client are held harmless of any accident or injuries of any kind.
