~ All items are sold AS IS; and all sales are FINAL.
~ Cash, Check (local w/ID) & Credit Card (3% convenience fee). Local sales taxes will apply.
~ R&R Sales LLC dba High Integrity Estate Sales and it's client are held harmless of any accident or injuries of any kind.
~The buyer is responsible for loading all purchases. We will be happy to hold the item the purchased item until the buyer can secure someone to help load.
~We do not hold merchandise while you go off site to secure funds. We will accept a credit card retainer.
~The sell card on the merchandise trumps a verbal price. If the card is missing we will make ever effort to find who is in possession of it.
