Condition of any item can be subjective. Cleaning items properly can aid an item's value or sales potential. Therefore, some items are cleaned, and or, polished. If the item description shows photos of an item in both an unclean and a cleaned/polished condition, buyer will receive the item in the cleaned condition. The back or underside areas of pieces are often left untouched, as the back side of collectible pieces can attest to age, quality, manner of construction, etc. Any question as to condition or authenticity must be made within 3 days of receipt of item. Any appraiser, no matter the degree of said appraiser's training and experience, can be mistaken. The right is retained to contest any buyer's claim of inauthenticity.


There is a 2% additional charge on payments by phone. This is a pass through charge, since the credit card companies charge sellers an additional fee to process payments via phone.

Only a few items have reserves. There are never friends nor family bidding, no house bidders, ghost bidders or shill bidders.
