No cash, jewelry, or guns are left on premises after hours.
Cash, credit card or check (local with two forms of I.D.). We charge a 3% fee for all credit card purchases.
All items are sold "as is, where is".
No returns, refunds or exchanges so please examine your items carefully.
Please bring boxes, bags and wrapping paper for your items as we will not have any available.
Masks are optional. We will, however, limit the number of people entering the home but this is only to ensure comfort while shopping and adequate social distancing.
PLEASE NOTE: Bring help to load your large items as no one on site is available to help. None of us can move large items for you. Not responsible for accidents.
If there are any items for bid, please be aware that we retain the right to refuse any bid.
We appreciate our customers and look forward to seeing you at our sales. We respect our customers and realize many of you travel and are willing to wait in line for that treasure you spotted in our photos. For this reason we do not presale and will have advertised items available the day of the sale (unless it’s pulled by the family). I hate having to throw in the disclaimer but it has happened!
