POLICY for ENTRY: A sign up sheet for entry will be posted one hour prior to the sale start time. If there is a crowd at opening on any day of the sale, you must sign your name on the list in order to enter. We will call names in numerical order, and admit shoppers accordingly. If you want to enter with your spouse or other shopping partner, you must BOTH sign the list. One name represents one shopper, not the entire carload.
NOTE POLICY FOR LOADING: Unlike most all other companies now, we are NOT charging you to help you load your large purchases; however, please understand we pay labor from our commission to provide that assistance, it is not guaranteed, and LOADING does NOT include delivery. Instead, it is a courtesy service we provide when possible. If we are crowded with customers, OR if our strapping loaders are occupied helping others or for some reason are in short supply, we will not help with loading until time/crowds allow.

WE ACCEPT ALL CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS and CASH. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. We are an LLC with all applicable business licenses and government-imposed regulations---not a charity or a charity-affiliated company. Therefore, sales tax is collected at all sales and remitted to appropriate municipalities, as we are required to do by Alabama Department of Revenue and those municipalities in which we hold business licenses.
All sales are final, and we are not responsible for accidents. Please inspect items closely.
Packaging and bags are also very much appreciated, as the cost of paying employees, advertising, supplies, signage, bags/wrapping paper, etc., all comes directly out of our commission!
