Terms

We accept cash, approved check with I.D. or cards payable at pick-up time. Pick up will be on Feb 28 from noon to 4 PM and on Feb 29 from
10:01AM to 5PM. Bring help to load and your own packing materials. Hand trucks are available and a lift if you purchase heavy pieces.
We will not be responsible for breakage or accidents during loading.

The items in this on-line auction are from estate auctions held on site. We have moved them to our warehouse/gallery

for your easier viewing and bidding. You may call us at any time during the bidding period for an appointment to examine

the items.

We charge a 15% buyer's premium and allow for a 3% discount if invoice is paid in cash or with check.  All items must be

paid in full prior to pick-up.
