No presales or holds are allowed unless preauthorized by client. All items are sold AS IS! No refunds or exchanges will be given. Please inspect your items carefully. Debit, credit or cash will be accepted. NO CHECKS will be accepted. A fee of 3.5% will be added to all credit/debit card transactions. All purchased items must be removed from the property no later than the last day, close of sale Sunday. We will wrap, bag, and help carry if time, supplies, and staffing permits. Otherwise, be preparred to wrap, bag, and carry the items purchased yourself. Please bring help to move and load larger items. We will be working up to the day of the sale and apologize that we will not have time to answer calls or questions regarding prices of any items. Numbers will be put out at 9am each morning for those of you who want to arrive early for your place in line. Remember, EACH and EVERY PERSON MUST have your own number! If you do not have a number, then you will have to go back to the end of the line and wait your turn. WE try to make it fair for everyone.

Welcome to this country house with an attached 2 bay garage and a detached large work shop. There are a few steps into some of the rooms and buildings and is not wheelchair accessible.

There will be a Chevy Avalanche, pontoon boat with trailer, 2 smaller boat trailers, a flat bottom boat, a Rhino Side by Side, and a tractor with multiple attachments. The house is full of items from Germany and around the world travels. Many items are vintage and collectable. There is quite an array of books, postcards, world travel pamplets, magazines, and comics. There is a wide range of styles/seasons of clothing for men and women in different sizes to also include hunting and vintage military attire. Each and every room in the house is full!

TOOLS! TOOLS! TOOLS! For all of the tool lovers out there, we have more than we have ever had at any other sale! If you are in need of any type of tool, we probably have it and multiples of it as well. This workshop has taken alot of man hours to clean, organize, price, and put together. In fact, we will still be working on it up to the beginning of the sale day. All power tools have been tested and marked accordingly. There is no heat hooked up at the moment so dress appropriately. Access to the workshop has uneven terrain and could possibly be slippery. Please use caution when walking to and from the house, workshop, and parking area.
