Cash is the preferred method of payment
Card will be accepted with a 5% convenience fee.
No peer to peer payments (Venmo, PayPal, Cash app etc.)

NOT allowed inside the sale:
NO large bags
NO purses or backpacks
NO large totes
NO boxes
Keep these items in your car for packing up what you purchase

CLEAR totes, boxes, and bags

We take stealing from our clients very seriously and will prosecute to the fullest extent the law allows. Including having warrants issued.
Remember you are on camera all of the time in all of the areas of the sale.

Parking will be tricky for this sale. You simply CANNOT park anywhere on the street it is simply to dangerous to do so. You also can not block in the neighbors that share the driveway. We will have parking mapped out for you. Just follow along with how everyone is parked and don't just park however you feel. We have seen some pretty interesting parking jobs .

Some items are presale and will be noted. Cash on pickup and need to be picked up by April 30th.

Any item priced with a highlighted tag will NOT be discounted. The price is as is. If you remove tags or try to swap tags you will be asked to leave the sale. These items will be available all 3 days. No discount will be applied. Certain categories with firm prices:

The house is on the small size so we WILL be limiting the number of people going in at a time. This time we will be very set on this and will not be bullied into letting people go into a different area. Last sale we did that and people went through the garage and up the stairs where we asked them not to go due to spacing issues. This simply will not happen this time. So with that said please come prepared to hang out with your fellow shoppers, bring a cup of coffee or 2 and some good conversation. Let's all have a good time and good attitudes please!

For dealers. Remember our first day is always geared towards collectors and our pricing reflects that. We hear it at every sale in the first day "well that's just to high I can't make any money off that". We do understand your frustration when you really want something that you know you can make money on. But see that's the thing, we are here to make our clients as much money as we can on their life long treasures and memories. Wouldn't you want someone to do that for you when it comes time? Join us on the second day when there will be a discount and the 3rd day even more of a discount. You will like the price point for reselling much better!
