- We'll start posting pre-sale items on April 8th so be watching! Pre-sale items are designated with an Item #, a description and price shown below the photo. To purchase a pre-sale item before the in-person estate sale begins, text or call 256-565-7755 or 615-477-7073. All pre-sale items must be purchased by credit card. We will be adding pre-sale items each day until Tuesday, April 14th. Pre-sale items cannot be purchased after 1:00 pm on April 15th.
- We don't pass out numbers. Just come get in line and be ready to shop!
- We take Cash, Venmo or Credit Card, with a 3% credit card fee to be paid by Customer.
- Bring your own muscles, or someone else's, to load any large or heavy items!
- Everything sold AS IS, WHERE IS.......no refunds or returns!
- We have some bags and packaging material until it runs out! We suggest you come prepared with packing material to wrap your treasures!
- Not responsible for accidents inside or outside the home.
- Any items purchased but not picked up by end of sale will be donated to a local charity!
