This lovely three-bedroom home with garage and large screen porch was lovingly and meticulously maintained, as were the possessions in it.

It features numerous pieces of American-made collectible furniture of both Ethan Allen and Tell City Chair Company (formed in 1865, out of Tell City, IN), mostly maple, as well as gorgeous crystal and china, select antique items, wrought-iron patio furniture, and so much more.

The home is for sale, as is a 2000 Buick LeSabre with 101,400 miles, also pristine and never stored outside garage.
