All items will be full price on Friday and Saturday from 8:00am - 10:00am. Half price will start at 10:05am until 2:00pm.
Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases, unless a copy of your current re-sale tax certificate is presented.
All items will be sold AS-IS, with No Warranty or Guarantee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! No Refunds or Exchanges.
Please bring boxes and paper for packing your own items, as we will probably run out of our supplies.
We are NOT responsible for packing or loading your items, so PLEASE bring help for your purchases.

***Super excited about this FLASH ESTATE SALE!!!!  Home is packed full of furniture, antiques, collectibles, kitchen items, tools, jewelry, household items, crystal, and some really COOL items.  Sorry for the short notice but house is being sold and we only have a short period of time to prep the sale.

Friday is full price and no discounts.

Saturday is full price from 8am - 10am and then Half-Price from 10:05am until 2:00pm or until sold out

 

PARKING will be TIGHT because of the very small neighborhood.  Please be courteous and DO NOT block neighbors driveways. Tri-State Graphics located on HWY 52 has given us permission to park in available spaces at their business.

 

**SIGN-UP SHEET will be place at front door only on Friday, July 26th, at 3:30pm.  Sign this sheet to reserve your place in line.  Please return by 4:50pm to get back in your reserved spot and listen to announcements. Doors open promptly at 5:00pm.
