Cash or debit/credit cards only!! No checks!! There is a 3% convenience charge if you pay via a debit or credit card. Doors open at 8am sharp (CENTRAL TIME ZONE!!). ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY SALES! Sales tax will be charged on all items purchased unless you provide us with a copy of your CURRENT resale tax exemption number (NO EXCEPTIONS!!). Not responsible for accidents. All children MUST be supervised at all times or you will be asked to leave the sale. You are responsible for packing and loading of the items that you purchase. We have a limited quantity of boxes/paper, so bring your own supplies if you have them.

Description & Details

This is not a typical sale for us. This is a last minute, small estate sale on South Alice St.  This is a clean-up sale for us, with relatives living out of state.  We offer this service for estates that do not have enough items to meet our minimum for an estate sale, but need someone local to get the home ready to be put on the market or rented. 

With that said, there is quite a bit of good, sellable pieces of furniture and accessories. 

This sale is for 2 hours only, 8 until 10 on Monday.  It will be priced to move!  We should be able to sell everything in those two hours.
