CASH only, sorry no checks or credit cards. No early sales. All sales are final and sold as is, where is. Come prepared to pack, move, and load your purchases. Cottage Antiques nor the property owner are responsible for accidents. Numbers will be posted no later than 7 a.m. for order of entry at 8 a.m. Numbers not required after Thursday morning. Please be courteous and do not block driveways, mail boxes, or garbage cans of neighbors. THERE ARE STEPS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOME. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This stately home was built in 1928 by one of Dothan's prominent families.  The home as well as the entire contents are for sale.
