Wiregrass Estate Sales is honored to have been chosen to liquidate the estate of Patty Nichols, retired USAF Captain/Nurse.  Ms Nichols traveled and lived all over the world, and the contents of the house are a testament to that!! Furnishings range from Traditional to French Country to Mid Century Modern to Hollywood Regency. The lovely home is also for sale.  

UPDATE 01.13.2012: in the words of the Carpenters, "we've only just begun"........ WOW!!  This will definitely be one of our biggest sales for 2012!  There are tons and tons of items, all very NICE.  Later in life, Ms. Nichols was a HUGE QVC fan, and her collections prove it!  At least 90% of the items where never used, or never even taken out of the boxes!  We are unpacking daily and are shocked as to the quantity and quality of what we have found.  We have only photographed and sorted the front rooms, we still have 3 bedrooms to go (ALL are packed full, mostly things never used!).

UPDATE 02.12.12: The sale is now completely set up and priced.  We have rented a huge white party tent due to the quantity of items.  It will be in the backyard, with mostly clothing and boxlots.  Thanks for all of the questions and comments.  I apologize for any delay in responding to questions, I will answer them as quick as I can.  As for all of the questions pertaining to prices of items, I will say the following: if you have never been to one of my sales before, you are in for a treat!!  I price the items to sell, and to sell on the first day!!  My typcially percent sold on the first day is about 70-90%.  I do not price it sky-high to be able to offer it at 50% off on a later date, it is priced right the first day.  There will be a crowd, so if there is something that you cant live without, get there early.  Some people come the night before and "camp out".  I will be limiting the number of people in the house to about 30 at a time, due to quantity/fragility/etc.  Come prepared to purchase, as there are TONS of items.  If you are on Facebook, be sure to "LIKE" WIREGRASS ESTATE SALES, for bonus info and little extras!!  Hope to see you at the sale!  Justin
