Cash or debit/credit cards only!! No checks!! Anyone paying via credit/debit card must show current state issued identification, also card must be in YOUR name!! Debit and Credit Cards with be charged an additional 3% service fee. We will open at 1 PM sharp on Sunday and 8 AM sharp on Monday and Tuesday. (CENTRAL TIME ZONE!!) Sales tax will be charged on all items purchased unless you provide us with a copy of your CURRENT resale tax exemption number (NO EXCEPTIONS!!). Not responsible for accidents. All children MUST be supervised at all times or you will be asked to leave the sale. You are responsible for packing and loading of the items that you purchase. We have a limited quantity of boxes/paper, so bring your own supplies if you have them.

The sale starts Sunday, March 13 at 1 pm! Then, Monday and Tuesday, 8 until 2. No early sales, unless listed on our FB page.
PARKING: be prepared to park and walk to the home! If you have a hard time walking some distance, I probably would not come the first day at all, or the next two days at the opening times. Come at a time when you can get closer to home such as Monday or Tuesday at lunch or after
Please do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Park along the side of the road, with the flow of traffic. Do not park, even partially on someone’s grass. Do not block driveway. Driveway by front door and right side garage is for loading or for vehicles with a valid, current handicapped placard. Violators will be towed.
