Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases, unless a copy of your current re-sale tax certificate is presented.
All items will be sold AS-IS, with No Warranty or Guarantee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! No Refunds or Exchanges.
Friday all items will be full price and no discount. Saturday all remaining items (except for Gold and Silver) will be 50% off.
Please bring boxes and paper for packing your own items, as we will probably run out of our supplies.
All items purchased must be removed from house by close on Saturday.
We are NOT responsible for packing or loading your items, so PLEASE bring help for your purchases.

07/05/22 Update: We just about have the sale set up. This house is PACKED! Have posted some pictures, but will be posting more over the next couple weeks.
***SIGN-UP SHEET: We will post a sign-up sheet at the front door at 7:00am on FRIDAY ONLY so that you may reserve your spot in line. If you leave, please return by 7:50 so that we can get you lined back up and make some announcements.
*Please note: Silver/Gold jewelry and coins will be excluded from 50% off on Saturday.
