PAYMENT Terms & Conditions:
*Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
*An 18% Buyer's Premium and applicable Sales Tax will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.
*Receipts with the PICK-UP address, are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
*To view your receipt, open email and clink on the link or Login to your CTBIDS Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
*Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up.

*Maintenance of Payment Information — In order to place a bid on a listed item, you must have valid payment information stored in your profile.
*By providing your credit/debit card information to Caring Transitions, you irrevocably authorize Caring Transitions to charge your primary card on file for the total purchase amount of any winning bid plus any fees associated with the sale of the item, including but not limited to taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
*You also agree and acknowledge that you will maintain valid payment information within your user profile so long as you maintain an account with Caring Transitions and that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
*Caring Transitions reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel listings or bids or suspend bidding privileges of any user not maintaining valid payment information.
*If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect amounts owed by charging other payment methods on file with us, and/or retain collection agencies and legal counsel.
*In addition, you may be subject to late fees and interest in Caring Transitions discretion which will not exceed the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
*All invoices under five thousand dollars ($5,000) will be auto charged to the primary card on file in your user profile for the total amount.
*Purchases over five thousand dollars ($5,000) will require an auto charge of 10% of whatever the invoice total is.
*Remaining payment for those invoices must be handled between you and the Seller; invoice must be paid in full before receiving a receipt for items won.
*If you do not elect a fulfillment method and do not pick the item(s) up during the scheduled pickup time outlined on the Seller location Terms and Conditions or your Receipt, Caring Transitions reserves the right to charge your payment method on file for the greater of the total purchase price of the item plus any applicable handling and shipping charges or a $40.00 restocking fee and may ship the item to your address of record.
*You hereby expressly grant Caring Transitions the right to hold a winning item until confirmation of cleared funds has been received by Caring Transitions.
*Placing a bid is a contract & agreement to purchase.
*If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pick-up of your purchases on the pick-up date, unless you have asked for a different pick-up date & time, and/or made prior shipping arrangements.
*If you win, you must pick up your item(s) or make shipping arrangements.
*If you do not pick-up at the specified pick-up date & time then, and you do not contact us to make other arrangements, then the items will be considered abandoned property and will be resold or donated with no refund provided.
*If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges could be revoked permanently.
*You must take all items purchased with you - If you leave items behind, especially LARGE items you will be required to pay a disposal fee.
*Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.
*We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible.
*Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items.
*All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No refunds or returns.
*Bid Retraction: We only retract bids under certain select circumstances and at our sole discretion.
*We will not retract bids within 48 hours of auction close.
*You have 2 hours within placing a bid to contact us to retract or otherwise adjust for an incorrectly placed maximum bid. Abuse of the bid retraction policy may result in account suspension.
*Questions: ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding. If an item has been shipped to you and you have any questions or concerns, you MUST report this within two (2) days

*Our auction site is designed to replicate a live auction.
*When bids are placed near the close of an item, extra time is added to allow all bidders a chance to bid again should they choose to.
* If identical bids are placed on an item, the first person to place their bid will be awarded the Bid.

*Don't forget about PROXY bidding! You can preset your high bid and the system will bid automatically and incrementally for you up to your maximum.
