CASH only; sorry no checks/ credit cards/ early sales. All sales FINAL. Cottage Antiques nor the estate/property owner are responsible for accidents. There are numerous steps in and around the property therefore watch your feet, mind your step, and enter at your own risk. Be prepared to move/load your purchases. NUMBERS FOR ORDER OF ENTRY will be posted at the front door no later than 7 am on Thursday. Once you have received a number you may leave and return around 7:50 a.m., line up in number order for entry at 8 a.m. Admission will be at 8 a.m. by number order. Numbers are not required afterwards.
