This is a 3-day, Thursday, Friday & Saturday, Estate Sale from 8:00am - 2:00pm (CST) each day. NO EARLY SALES.
Not responsible for accidents. Enter at your own risk!
CASH only sale!...Sorry, NO CHECKS or CREDIT CARDS. There will be an ATM on site for your convenience.
Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases, unless a copy of your current re-sale tax certificate is presented.
All items will be sold AS-IS, with No Warranty or Guarantee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! No Refunds or Exchanges.
All items will be full price on Thursday, and no discounts.
Friday all items with be 25% off.
Saturday all remaining items will be 50% off.
Please bring boxes and paper for packing your own items, as we will probably run out of our supplies.
All items purchased must be removed from house by close on Saturday.
We are NOT responsible for packing or loading your items, so PLEASE bring help for your purchases.
