WIREGRASS ESTATE SALES is Traveling to Millbrook/Elmore for a GREAT Sale!

**for those of you who do not know us, we typically do sales around the Wiregrass area of SE Alabama, SW Georgia, and NW Florida.  We are based out of Dothan.  Every now and then we get a call from a past client ,a new client from our area who has a relative living elsewhere, or a friend who needs a sale handled outside of our normal area, and we are more than happy to oblige!! We handle our sales basically the same way as Montgomery companies, with a few exceptions.  We do not have a sign-up sheet, just line up at the door.  Door will open at 8am sharp, not a minute earlier.  I may limit the number of people in the house if it is a safety/security issue.  I do not do any holding or pre-selling of items.  If it is pictured below, it will be there!  Everything is "first come, first served".  You can use your own SOLD tags, as long as they have your name and phone number on them.  But remember, once you tag an item, IT IS YOURS, no exceptions, it is not fair to the family or other customers to hold a tag for a couple of hours and then change your mind.  We are a CASH ONLY sale, no exceptions.  I know this is an inconvenience to some, but this is how I have been handling estate sales for the last several years.  I hate how one person (or a few!) can ruin it for everyone, but it is my policy.  I will gladly hold a check until you can run to the ATM for cash.  For high-dollar purchases (jewelry, etc.), I will accept a certified bank check or USPS Money Order, once again, I can hold a check while you go get the bank check or MO.  I typically sell 75+% of the items on the first day.  I price the items to sell, so if there is something that you like, be there early and dont wait until half price day, because it more than likely be gone!  At my last sale (Donalsonville, GA), we sold 95% of the items on the first day, and were packed up and gone by 11am the next morning.  The sale before that (Dothan, AL), we sold 80+% of the items the first day, and were packed up by 11am the next morning.  Come see how we do business and I am sure you will take home a treasure!  Justin and Pat

Wiregrass Estates Sales is honored to have been chosen to liquidate the estate of Ms. Hortense Peel of Elmore, Alabama.  Ms. Peel has recently downsized to an assisted living facility, and is eager for us to give her beloved items a new home!  Ms. Peel was an employee of Robinson Springs Elementary School in Millbrook for many years.  She kept an immaculate home, full of wonderful things.
