First of all without YOU, our customers we could not provide an amazing auction experience and have it be a success. With that said, over the years we have developed a few rules that must be followed to make this experience awesome for everyone involved. We appreciate your patronage and your cooperation. *****We are an auction & estate sale company and are required by the State of Alabama to charge sales tax. There will be a sales tax applied to this sale. We don't make the rules, we just follow them. ******We DO NOT LOAD, bring your helpers if you need them. Due to liability issues. ******Bring any packing materials you may need. Boxes, paper etc..... ******We will be taking cash only for this sale. The only exception to this is if you are a registered customer with our company with a perfect check writing record). ******ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ******ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. *******A sign in sheet will be posted at 7:00 a.m. We will have to limit this sale to 15 at a time in the house due to space limitations.

Coin Table

1. We will only deal with 2 people at a time.

2. We will deal with each person as they are signed in on the separate coins room sign In sheet. Please don’t use this coins sign in sheet to get access to the remainder of the house, it is for coin buyers only.

3. Only 1 coin at a time will be shown to anyone per worker. There will be two workers assigned to the coin station.

4. Cash only on all coin purchases.

5. Coins are marked with their prices.

6. If you are coming to buy scrap metal you might want to go to a scrap yard instead of the estate sale.
