Final Estate Sale: Everything must go!

This is our second and final estate sale so everything must go. 

We are primarily focusing on selling furniture, but still have a lot of other items available also. 

We have 2 couches, one with 2 electric recliners, and a matching love seat with 2 reclines (manual). We have 2 end tables, two coffee tables, two area rugs, a family dining table with chairs, some bar stools, and a few white shelving units and many book shelves. For bedrooms, we have three dressers and a few night stands. 

There are also some women's and men's clothes, jewelry, electronics, dvds, and medical equipment left from the first sale and many other miscellaneous things, including Christmas decorations, a tree (unlit), and collectables. We have no kitchen items remaining. 

All items are up for negotiation and no reasonable offer will be refused. 

If buying any furniture, please make sure to have people who can help you lift it, move it and transport it no later than Sunday, Nov. 17th. We will only hold it till then if it has been paid for.
