Cash or approved check only. Absolutely NO early sales. Doors open at 8am on both days of the sale. All items are full price on Friday. On Saturday, everything is 25% off from 8-11, and 50% off from 11-2. The family may exclude a few pieces from the 50% off sale (jewelry, coins, etc). Look at the pictures and check out the prices, EVERYTHING is priced to sell the first day!! Wiregrass Estate Sales, LLC is not responsible for packing, moving or loading. Our workers are unable to load furniture so make arrangements for loading & moving. We have only a minimal number of boxes and paper, so it is suggested you bring your own packing supplies. Description & Details

This is a great sale!!  Everything in the home is very clean and home or shop ready.  In addition to the house-full of items, there is a 700 square foot workshop FULL of tools and equiptment, a woodworkers dream!! 

This is a two day sale, Friday and Saturday.
Prices are firm on Friday.
25% off on Saturday from 8-11.
50% off on Saturday from 11-2 (family will probably exclude some jewelry and coins from the 50% off sale, but don't worry they are priced to sell!!).

We are still unpacking boxes, so check back later for more pictures and an updated listing.  We haven't began on the workshop yet, but there is a ton of tools and equiptment out there, including a almost NEW John Deere riding lawnmower!!

***UPDATE!!!: 3-12-10 Just added lots more pictures of the workshop items, plus some great items that were boxed up.  We found alot of costume jewelry, a Bavaria teaset for 12 people, Royal Doulton plates, an antique pewter collection, and a couple of dresser sets.  Stayed tuned for more!!!

***UPDATE!!!: 3-13-10 Just added to sale: 1950s AG Italian 25 caliber automatic pistol; 1873 Springfield 45-70 Rifle with Trap Door, Bayonet and Scabbard, low serial number, Spanish American war era; Several pieces of nice jewelry in 14K and 10K gold (rings, bracelets, necklaces).  I will try to add photos of these items early next week.

***UPDATE!!!:  3-17-10  You will not believe the amount of costume jewelry that we have unpacked!!  Hundreds of vintage pieces, see new photos.  Most are priced $2 to $8 each, with a couple in the $15 range.  Also, lots and lots of bags of costume jewelry, findings, etc. for $2 each bag!! An awesome deal for the ebayer, re-seller, or end user.  Also added photos of the 1873 Springfield Rifle, our room full of miscellaneous items, more glassware, rugs, Lionel train set that found in the wood shop, and other cool stuff.
