This sale will take place in a large lake side executive home. The furnishings are high quality in excellent condition, prices will reflect this. Prices will be reasonable considering the quality and condition of the furniture. Items will not be 50 percent off on the second day of the sale. Offers will accepted on items priced over $100 and 60 percent of the marked priced. Offers will be placed in sealed envelopes and opened after 5:00 on Saturday, January 2nd. Persons with highest offer will be contacted after 5:00 on Saturday, January 2nd. Items must be paid for and picked up before 10:00 on Sunday, January 3rd.
