Rain or Shine. No early sales. All items are sold as is, where is and final. No warranty, real or implied. This is a rural location so dress accordingly (no high heels). Due to aging plumbing, the restroom will not be available for public use. Since there is no cell service at this site, we cannot accept credit card payments. Discounting will vary by category and will begin mid-afternoon on Saturday. Purchases must be removed from premises during sale hours. For liability reasons, we cannot provide help with moving, loading or delivering large items. Although we are happy to share packing materials, we suggest that you bring your own in case ours have run out. Since they are not at the sale location, our store personnel cannot answer questions about pricing or availability of specific items. Every effort is made to assure customer safety; therefore, we do not accept responsibility for accidents and/or bodily injury.

WEATHER REPORT: Looks lIke we "dodged the bullet" in our part of the state. We may have some rain showers, but we're planning to open today. If there are any flooded roads on our route to the sale, we'll let you know. We can't know what conditions are like on your end, however, so please be cautious.
