THE ESTATE OWNERS REQUEST & REQUIRE THAT YOU WEAR A MASK. Our first rule is the Golden Rule! All sales are final; all sold items must be picked up by 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 18. Cash or check with proper identification are only methods of payment; all items sold "as is"; no refunds. Please do not park in neighbors lawn. Bring help to load. WE DO NOT LOAD! Please do not park in driveway unless picking up an item already purchased! Please respect other neighbors property; please do not block neighbors driveways or mail boxes. Property owners nor this estate sale company are responsible for any accidents that might occur. There will be no pre sales nor will prices of items be quoted before the sale begins. Phone bids will be excepted at 9:00am on the first day of the sale, which is July 17. Please wear gloves and santitize hands!
