All items are being sold AS IS and all sales are FINAL.
All items to be picked up within 24 hours of purchase and no later than 4:00 on Sunday.
Please bring your own packing supplies and whatever assistance you may require to move and haul large items.
No early bird sales or previews. We do not give out prices, sizes and other details regarding sale items prior to the sale opening.
Uncommon Artifacts Estate Sales LLC is held harmless of any accident or injuries of any kind that may result during this event.
Sales tax is charged unless you provide a copy of your drivers license and sales tax certificate.
Please be courteous and do not block driveways. The road is narrow and we want to leave a clear path for residents. The driveway will be blocked for pickups only.

This Fairhope estate is full of antique and decorative furniture. Celebrate Fairhope's history through Organic School pottery, Arts and Crafts furniture, mid century modern, and contemporary regional and local artworks including Moezt.
The sale will also feature a collection of African and world masks formerly in the collection of a NY and Mobile Artist and educator!
Furniture includes a Kent Coffey Perspecta mid century modern bedroom set, MCM dining room hutch, and Lane dovetail tables. Arts and Crafts furniture includes Gustav Stickley chairs and a rare mission dog bed. The early Flat File architect's cabinet and convertible drafting table is rare and a statement piece in any home. It's also the perfect size and shape to double as a stand for a flat screen tv!
Art includes mid century paintings, abstract art, and more.
