No early bird sales or previews. We do not give out prices, sizes and other details regarding sale items prior to the sale opening. Items available for presale are listed in a separate online sale.
All items to be picked up within 24 hours of purchase and no later than 4:00 on Sunday.
Please bring your own packing supplies and whatever assistance you may require to move and haul large items.

Join us in charming historic Point Clear. A centuries old get away from Mobile, Mississippi, and New Orleans, this spring extravaganza features items from several historic Point Clear houses and several national estates. From fine furniture to shabby chic, studio to Victorian glass, beach art to oil paintings, rare books and Mobile ephemera, silver, silver plate and jewelry, this sale has something you need!
Plan to browse carefully, this is a gem of an estate full of pieces with stately, elegant Southern charm with examples of Victorian, Neoclassical and Regency furniture as well as charming antiques repurposed more than half a century ago. Classic antique forms painted a cheerful Point Clear green reflect the relaxation Point Clear and Fairhope have offered beach residents for centuries.
The selected estates belonged to life-long collectors and patrons of the arts. Paintings and prints from local, national and international artists from the mid nineteenth century to contemporary will be offered as well as contemporary craft including ceramics and glass.
The sale includes furniture, paintings, ceramics, glass, linens, garden accessories, cast iron, Belleek, vintage toys, dolls, and more. From export porcelain to Victorian glass and 1950's retro kitchen items, there is something amazing for collectors, connoisseurs and decorators of all tastes and interests.
Practical item will be available in the "Church Basement" section of the sale. They can be a great value for any shopper. From holiday decorations, to practical items as a washer or a microwave... it's all for sale!
The estate sale will be held outside, so please dress accordingly. Mobile weather is fickle. We look forward to seeing you!
The Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival is also open this weekend, so plan your route accordingly.
Parking will be on the property. Please be courteous and do not block driveways and respect the resident's roadway and the owner's property and lovely landscape. The driveway will be blocked for pickups only.
