We accept Debit & Credit Cards, Cash, Venmo, and “Local” Checks ONLY with ID. We implemented a new check policy a few months ago. If you buy an item that costs $250 or more and pay by check, then your check must clear before you take the item (3 business days). This policy may be applied to any check written for more than $250. We reserve the right to make exceptions for long time-customers who we know. If paying by card, cash or Venmo, you can take your items with you immediately.

Sales Tax must be added. Everything sells As-is. Must bring help to load your purchases. Items need to be picked up by the end of the sale.

Shop at your own risk. We, nor the owners, are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or sicknesses occurring on the property. Please use caution walking around the property. It is a nice area, but we ask you to use caution and be careful. If you are not steady when walking independently, please do not use any steps on the property. Somethings are sharp and can be broken, so handle with care. You agree to shop at your own risk by coming in.

All items selling "As-is" and "Where-is." All sales are final. No Returns. Not responsible for items not picked up. Items need be picked up by the last day of the sale.

Beautiful high-end furnishings from a lovely home in popular Indian Springs Subdivision in Florence, AL have been moved to another location for their Estate Sale. This is due to the fast real estate negotiations and timing of the sale.

We are selling the beautiful and lovingly curated Estate of the late Edna Crowe Martin Carroll. She loved high quality, well preserved antiques and she took delight in creating beauty in each room of her home, down to the smallest of joyful details!

Her beloved twin sister, Elba Crowe Barnes is managing her twin sister’s Estate Sale for Edna’s daughters, Tracie and Meg Martin of Montana.

People across the Shoals knew Edna as a founding partner of “The Yellow Door” home accessories gift shop in English Village, which is still in business today.

Proceeds from the sale will be shared with Caringplace of the Shoals, a non-profit adult daycare center. We hope that you will learn more about this wonderful center which provides help to families with aging parents and loved ones by providing an adult daycare facility for those in need
