Please bring CASH! The reception at this location may not allow credit card transactions at all times! No presales or holds are allowed unless preauthorized by client. All items are sold AS IS! No refunds or exchanges will be given. Please inspect your items carefully. All purchased items must be removed from the property no later than the last day, close of sale Sunday. We will wrap, bag, and help carry if time, supplies, and staffing permits. Otherwise, be prepared to wrap, bag, and carry the items purchased yourself. Please bring help to move and load larger items. We will be working up to the day of the sale and apologize that we will not have time to answer calls or questions regarding prices of any items. Numbers will be put out at 9am each morning for those of you who want to arrive early for your place in line. Remember, EACH and EVERY PERSON MUST have your own number! If you do not have a number, then you will have to go back to the end of the line and wait your turn. WE try to make it fair for everyone.

Please join us to shop at this beautiful home! There is such an assortment here that will be sure to please everyone's taste. We have MANY VINTAGE metal Tonka trucks, plastic military toys, Star Wars toys, Little People nativity sets, Hot Wheels, Legos, and more! This home has 2 kitchens full of kitchenware that is old and new! There are multiple silverware sets, sterling silver ones, and many antique ones. We have collectible vintage records of all sizes, cd's (many signed), DVD's, along with the old Walkman and stereo equipment. Downstairs is a large keyboard and music equipment, along with another living room, a room full of Christmas, and a HUGE 2nd garage/unfinished basement portion. It is loaded with Craftsman tools/shelves, a wood chipper, 4x8 Tilt Trailer, yard tools, mini hand pull yard wagon, outdoor furniture, and a ton more! Each room is full of furniture and we even have an extra large King Sleep Number Bed. There will be a lot of jewelry (antique, vintage, & newer) and other collectable items. Please ask for assistance for any items kept in display cabinets.
