Living Estate of Mr. Tom Edwards- Fort Payne, AL

We are excited to present to you the Living Estate of Mr. Tom Edwards and his late wife, Nora. Mr. and Mrs. Edwards lived in Europe for many years where Tom worked as a general contractor. They lived in Germany and Belgium and collected many antique and rare items during their time there. Some of these items include antique Beidermeier furniture, antique French mirrors, fine jewelry, glassware, and much more! Tom and Nora enjoyed collecting, using and cherishing these items over the years. Please take advantage of the opportunity to own some of these amazing, one of a kind items!

This will be part one of this estate. Part 2 will be completed at a later date. The estate is located in Fort Payne, AL

All items must be picked up at the estate

Pick up date and times are April 7 & 8 9am-4pm CST 

**BIDDING INFORMATION**

Pre bidding is open now until 3:59pm CST April 3

Live internet bidding will begin at 4pm CST April 3

Lots will begin to close in 30 second increments beginning at 4pm CST April 3. If a live bid is placed during that time, 1 minute will be added back to the timer. This prevents bidders from waiting until the last second to bid and gives all other bidders equal opportunity. There will be a 19% buyer's premium added to all winning bids with a 3% discount for cash or check. There will be a 15% BP added to the car only
