This will be a one day sale in this most amazing home built in 1900. It is worth a visit just to see the house. The fireplaces, the mantels, the windows, the porches, OH MY!
The sale is for cash and check only. We will not have movers on site. You must move your own purchases, There are lots of stairs and steps. Please be aware of this and mindful of bringing children,
All items must be moved by Sunday afternoon by 4:00 pm
We are in no way responsible for accidents.

The sale includes fire place fenders that are quite lovely and rare, fabulous pieces of furniture that have been in this home for over 100 years, and art work of the owner Peyton Hamilton Carmichael.
