All sales are FINAL, as is, where is. No refunds or exchanges. Please bring your own help to move heavy items as we do NOT load anything for you. We are not responsible for ANY accidents or injuries while you are on the property. We do NOT discount items marked $1 or less.

**On Saturday, February 1 - Most items priced more than $1 (or not marked ND) will be half price from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. We will close from 2:00-2:30 pm. There will be a $10 box sale from 2:30-3:30 pm (no entry to the house after 3:00 pm). For the $10 box sale - you must bring your own box, you must be able to carry the box, no boxes with wheels, whatever you can fit in the box and carry will be sold for $10. Excludes all furniture.**
