All items are sold "as is, where is".
Buyers are responsible for loading, packing and moving items from sale site.
NUMBERS FOR ORDER OF ENTRY WILL BE POSTED NO LATER THAN 1 hour prior to opening ON THE FIRST DAY at the front door. Numbers are not needed after opening on the first day.

COTTAGE ANTIQUES IS HONORED TO HOST THIS WONDERFUL SALE & AUCTION IN THE COUNTRY NEAR HARTFORD. The spacious home is filled with antiques, decorative accessories, clocks, a pool table, art, quilts, dolls, washer, dryer, tools, knives, guns, patio furniture, and more. Plus there is a huge metal building full as well with Mercedes Era 170X RV, golf cart, tractor implements and vintage BMW 328i.
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WILL BE TAG/ESTATE SALE DAYS and SATURDAY THERE WILL BE AN AUCTION.
ALL ITEMS NOT SOLD ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WILL BE AUCTIONED ON SATURDAY.
AUCTION PREVIEW 8 am & AUCTION BEGINS AT 9 am.
