In compliance with the State of Alabama Proclamation by Governor Kay Ivey:

All customers must wear a mask or other facial covering  when entering this sale, unless you meet one of the allowed EXCEPTIONS listed in the proclamation. 

If you are not wearing a mask or facial covering, we will assume you meet the criteria for an exemption. Our employees are NOT law enforcement or doctors and we will not be asking you about your conditions or qualifying exemption.

IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCE:

Only 25 people will be allowed to shop inside the house at one time. There are lots of goodies outside the house that you can shop around, but you WILL NOT be allowed in the house without a number.

Roger Burton is bringing you another great estate in a truly unique home! This estate is PACKED full of great finds. Some antiques, tools, housewares, home decor, native american collectibles, furniture, clothes and much, much more!

Starting off with a few teaser pics and since we are still sorting through the estate, some of the items you might see in the photos may be a few of the ones the family chooses to keep. But not to worry, there is PLENTY goodies to be had!

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SALE....In order to keep the crowd to a minimum and practice safe health observances, ONLY 25 people will be allowed in the house at one time. There will be numbers at the door, PLEASE give your number to the next person in line AFTER you leave or checkout. Face masks are left to each individuals choice, but not required.

Tons of great finds inside and out!!! If you shop outside, you will still need a number to be allowed in the house!
