It is in good Playing condition. It has a Rosewood body. This piano was appraised at 65,000.00 in 2018 by Reese Piano Service. The appraiser has listed this piano as a very rare model. This instrument was thoroughly restored in 1997. I can provide the paper work that shows the appraisal upon request. This is a one of a kind item.
