You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days, Tuesday and then have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.
Cash or Check only and Credit Card with a 5% fee.
All sales are final, as is, where it is. NO REFUNDS
You must bring your own help to move items you purchase
** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 courtesy (fee going to the person helping you load the item). ***

We no longer hold little items and you must be present at the sale to get those items. We do not return calls about small non tagged items.

Tuesday 10:00-1:00
Friday 10:00-1:00 20% off
Saturday - 8:00 - 11:00 50% off

We will reserve items with a written description in the picture and the price with the picture. We are no longer reserving small items and do not have a master price list for them. To reserve a tagged item you must call or text to ask questions.
Call or text on the photos to get prices and item numbers of the items before calling.
Remember only calls or text at 256-529-899seven. All calls and texts will be returned in the order they are received Monday beginning at 8am through 5 pm . Please do not make multiple calls or text , this just slows down the process. Thank you for following and shopping our sales.
