You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days, Tuesday and then have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.
Cash or Check only and Credit Card with a 5% fee.
All sales are final, as is, where it is. NO REFUNDS
You must bring your own help to move items you purchase
** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 courtesy (fee going to the person helping you load the item). ***
You must call or text (256)527-843two. We no longer hold little items and you must be present at the sale to get those items. We do not return calls about small non tagged items.

This is a beautiful two story home that is full with all sorts of treasures! We have lots of kids' toys and clothes, many things are brand new with tags on them. The garage is also full with all kinds of treasures for the guys. We have refrigerators, TVs, Furniture etc. Not to forget a brand new in the box IRobot mopping machine, a surveillance system and even a drone starter set.
