You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days of the sale, Tuesday and Friday, then we have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.
Cash or Check preferred and Credit Cards accepted with a minimum $25 purchase plus 5% processing fee. No Visa will be accepted at this sale at the house on Saturday.

You must bring your own help to move furniture, large or heavy items that you have purchased.
** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 loading fee (fee going to the person helping you load the item). ***
