We do not price over the Phone, Email, or Facebook. You must attend the sale.
Entry numbers are available approximately 1 hour before the opening of the sale. We only admit a certain number of people in the house at one time.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. (Sales must be $20 and over to use a Credit/Debit Card).
Sales tax is charged unless you can present us with a copy of a current Tax Exemption Form provided by your State.
All Sales Final. Please ask for help on large items - please don't pull the tag yourself - we will mark the item as sold.
We cannot always help you load large items, please be aware of this and bring appropriate help. Tips for loading large items are encouraged and appreciated.

Our upcoming liquidation of this stately home located on historic East Clinton Avenue (only a few blocks from downtown) in Huntsville is filled with fine vintage and antiques from several generations who have lived in Huntsville since the late 1890's. Another exciting home full of equally important and antique furniture was moved from a large condo in Cedar Hurst to the E. Clinton house due to the hardship of trying to hold a sale in that unique location, which limits what the residents of Cedar Hurst can and can't do! But this is the best of setups for our many customers! This unique home is fully and extensively furnished with fine art, bookcase desks, Victorian chests, crystal, fine linens, bedroom furnishings, dining and living room furnishings, silver and silver plate, costume jewelry from multi generations, fine porcelain and so forth. Although doubtful, some items shown may be retained by family. East Clinton is a narrow street, please park on a side street and walk back to park on the same side of the street as the house is located on, do not block driveways!
