The Caudles, who occupied this home for many years, loved traveling worldwide. A large amount of the antique furnishings in this home were shipped directly from England. There’s even an entire pub downstairs! This multi-story historic home on Echols has been sold and is ready to be brought back to its former glory by its new owner.  There’s something for everyone from jewelry-silver-antiques!! Come early for the best selection! We have extended our hours for this sale. The house is very easy to find. There will be cones out to designate no parking areas.  The driveway will be used for pick-up and drop-off. As always, thank you for being mindful of driveways and mailboxes. I also ask that you please do not walk around the outside of the house before the sale.  

ABOUT THIS SALE ONLY.  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.  

Numbers will be given out at 9:00 am, one hour before opening.  PLEASE NOTE: We will limit the number of folks going in, so please be patient. Bring a bag to gather and carry your things (if not too heavy) if you like.  We are not responsible for accidents inside or outside of the home.

Full Price: Monday, 10:00am – 6:00pm

25 Percent Discount: Tuesday, 9:00am - 4:00 pm

50 Percent Discount: Wednesday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

A bid may be presented on any item over $100 by 1:00 pm on Monday for the following days of the sale and over the 25 or 50 percent discount.  Only on items over $100.  Bids on Tuesday may be presented by noon for the following day of 50 percent discount.
